Job summary

PDMedical is seeking a hands-on technician to assemble, test and service precision medical equipment at our Dandenong South premises. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and a meticulous, quality-focused mindset in a small team environment.

You will diagnose faults, maintain records and assist with stock control while delivering reliable technical customer support. Full-time position; some flexibility on hours for the right candidate may apply.

Job description

We're looking for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys precision work, problem solving and being part of a small, close-knit team. The role combines equipment assembly, servicing, testing and customer support, with all work carried out at our Dandenong South premises—no travel required.

Full time preferred, however shorter hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

Assemble and test medical equipment

Service, repair and calibrate returned equipment

Diagnose mechanical and pneumatic faults

Maintain accurate service and production records

Assist with stock control and inventory

Provide technical customer support when required

About you

You'll ideally have:

Experience in equipment assembly, servicing or mechanical repairs

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
