Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an organised and motivated Technical Allocations Supervisor to coordinate concrete testing allocations across NSW, based at Granville Laboratory and reporting to the Technical Operations Manager. The role involves scheduling with field testers, liaising with the Customer Service Centre, monitoring bookings, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and motivated individual with strong coordination skills.

• Good communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and functions to drive outcomes for the Technical Operations field-testing team.
• Allocate daily testing schedules to company and contractor field testers across NSW.
• Monitor and review customer bookings to determine testing requirements.
• Understand testing requirements including test type, frequency, equipment and duration.
• Liaise with the Customer Service Centre regarding new, cancelled, and reassigned jobs.
