Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia in Granville, NSW, is seeking an Allocations Supervisor to lead the allocation of concrete testing across NSW. You will coordinate field testers, manage bookings, and optimise resources while engaging with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Organised Allocations role experience preferred.
• Experience with allocating resources in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of concrete testing and related standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily testing schedules to field testers to optimise NSW resources.
• Monitor and review customer bookings to determine testing requirements.
• Understand testing requirements including type, frequency, equipment, and duration.
• Liaise with the Customer Service Centre for new, cancelled, and re‑assigned jobs.
