A hands-on technical role contributing to delivering and operating Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services for Australia Post. You’ll ensure these services meet agreed business demands and our strict quality standards. Services provided need to deliver business value in a cost effective and timely manner. This role will include activities covering maintenance, monitoring, reporting, advanced level support/troubleshooting, and best practice guidance to ensure stable and secure delivery of Australia Post’s Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments. You will be part of a high-performing team, collaborating at all levels of our enterprise, across technical and business teams. You will have a customer focussed mindset, with outstanding socialisation, written and verbal communication skills, as well as a curious, energetic personality.
