Working across modern cloud, data, integration and application platforms, you’ll design secure, scalable and resilient solutions that support areas such as cancer genomics, healthcare interoperability, laboratory automation and digital patient care. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineers and delivery partners to translate complex clinical and business requirements into practical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
You’ll provide technical leadership across the solution lifecycle, working within contemporary hybrid AWS and Azure environments while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and engineering standards. You’ll also help guide technical decision-making within agile delivery teams, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to the broader technology direction of NSW Health Pathology.
Based in either St Leonards or Newcastle with flexible working options, this is an opportunity to join a highly skilled and collaborative technology team, work on complex and meaningful projects at statewide scale, and deliver solutions that have a genuine impact on patient care, public health and medical research.
The Technical Solution Architect guides the solution design and implementation of technology solutions and products, ensuring alignment to organisational standards and best practices. They are responsible for sprint delivery and day to day management of allocated sprint resources, including leading sprint showcases with program management staff.
