We take safety seriously and look out for your wellbeing because you should be going home the same way you came to work.

You bring proven experience leading technical maintenance teams, coaching high performers and influencing stakeholders across operations, engineering and maintenance functions. You're equally comfortable on the floor resolving critical equipment issues as you are leading strategic improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, safety and productivity.
Your technical credibility is supported by an Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Electrotechnology qualification, and you'll stand out with additional leadership, change management, Lean Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering or Operational Excellence credentials.
Most importantly, you're a leader who thrives on developing people, driving continuous improvement and delivering reliable, high-performing operations through strong technical expertise and engaging leadership
