About the role:

Operating within Nursing (Brisbane), the Associate Professor (Nursing) will provide leadership, make outstanding and original contributions to learning, education, scholarship and research, and drive enhancement of the student experience at ACU in the discipline of Nursing. A primary focus of this position is to deliver disciplinary leadership, support quality improvement of Nursing programs, provide mentorship to staff in learning and teaching activities of the school, and influence the development, implementation and accreditation of the curricula at the university. The Associate Professor will also have a significant impact on the governance of academic programs and build relationships with external organisations and communities.

• Total remuneration valued to $202,272 - $222,654 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $171,352 - $188,772 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level D), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
