RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our client solutions team in Welshpool. You will be the critical link between clients and our engineering groups, developing a deep understanding of operations and delivering practical, commercially sound outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Mining, Defence, Rail and Renewables.
• Engage with customers to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate client requirements into practical and executable engineering solutions.
• Support opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage studies through to delivery and aftermarket support.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing and project delivery teams.
• Contribute to technical and commercial proposals, tenders and solution development.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, value engineering and continuous improvement.
