Communication Skills: Clear explanations, proactive follow-up and customer care.
Attention to Detail: Precise handling of enquiries, pricing, notes and orders.
Learning Agility: Proactive, hands-on with a willingness to learn.
Local Mobility: Able to work from Chadstone, Melbourne and travel locally.

Responsibilities

Installer Support: Respond to product, order and general sales enquiries from installers.
Technical Sales Support: Explain basic product features and benefits with senior support.
Lead Follow-Up: Qualify customer needs and update lead status.
Product Coordination: Assist with product introductions, training materials and info for installers.
Quotation Support: Help prepare pricing information and sales documents.
Customer Engagement: Participate in local installer meetings and visits.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain records of customer activity and pipeline updates.
