Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced technical project manager, integration manager, or sales engineer to enable Apple Pay adoption in eCommerce across ANZ, SEA, and Greater China. This full-time role is based in Sydney with regional travel and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead integrations with merchants and PSPs, craft scalable solutions, and guide partners through technical adoption while enhancing the user payment experience.

Description

Apple is looking for an experienced technical project manager, technical integration manager, or sales engineer to work with merchants, payment service providers and various enablers, on enabling the adoption and optimisation of Apple Pay in eCommerce.

This is a full-time position in the Wallet, Payments and Commerce team for ANZ, South East Asia and Greater China region, and is located in our Sydney office.

Responsibilities

• You will use your technical knowledge and partner facing skills to support business development teams in driving the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality in payment service provider and merchant E-Commerce channels.
• You will lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide consistent updates and communication to business leaders.
• You will inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences, support partner technology implementations and new feature adoption, and provide technology guidance and product implementation best practices.
• You will optimise the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider E-Commerce channels.
• Occasional regional travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree education
• 5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors
• Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift)
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting software
• Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive adoption of technology
• Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products and/or services
• Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Writing technical documentation and integration guides
• Have a passion for outstanding user experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
