Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Technical Program Lead (Principal) to own end-to-end accountability for the timeliness, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the program's technical deliverables.

You will lead integrated technical planning across streams, ensure collaboration among technologists and business colleagues, and guide legacy stabilisation, migration and decommissioning.

Purpose: take end to end accountability for the timeliness, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the program's technical deliverables.

Seniority: Principal. Reports to: Program Director, working with the Program Design Authority.

Responsibilities

Desirable: mainframe (ADABAS, Natural, JCL) to cloud modernisation; strangler and service extraction patterns; government registry or regulatory systems
