XPT Software is seeking a Technical Program Lead to take end-to-end accountability for the timeliness, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the program's technical deliverables. The role reports to the Program Director and collaborates with the Program Design Authority.

Responsibilities include owning the integrated technical plan, ensuring cross-team alignment and delivering robust, sustainable outcomes through legacy stabilization, migration and decommissioning.

• Senior-level experience leading large legacy modernization programs.
• Proven ability to align architecture and engineering direction across streams.
• Strong collaboration across technologists and business colleagues.
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor technical teams.

Purpose: take end to end accountability for the timeliness, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the program's technical deliverables.

Seniority: Principal. Reports to: Program Director, working with the Program Design Authority.

Essential: technical program leadership of a large legacy modernisation program; leading multi vendor technical teams. Desirable: mainframe (ADABAS, Natural, JCL) to cloud modernisation; strangler and service extraction patterns; government registry or regulatory systems
