Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Program Lead (Principal) to own end-to-end accountability for the program’s technical deliverables, ensuring timeliness, quality, efficiency and sustainability.

You will lead the integrated technical plan across streams, align architecture, and direct engineering teams to deliver robust outcomes. Experience with legacy modernisation and multi-vendor leadership is desirable.

• Technical program leadership of a large legacy modernisation program; leading multi vendor technical teams.
• Desirable: mainframe (ADABAS, Natural, JCL) to cloud modernisation; strangler and service extraction patterns; government registry systems
