Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Technical Product Owner to steer the direction and evolution of its Developer Enablement platforms, including GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, and Harness. You will work with engineers, architects, and security teams to turn complex requirements into practical, secure enterprise solutions.

You’ll balance hands-on delivery with strategic governance, mentor engineers, and shape roadmaps that keep teams productive while meeting regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering or platform leadership.
