Job summary

IndustryOS is seeking a Technical Lead for Mining & Construction Technology. You will own early-stage sales from first contact to signed contracts, turning demand into customers across coal, hard rock mining, tunnelling and construction.

You will collaborate with partners to open doors and deliver credible product demos for crews and executives. You will operate mainly in Australia with growing APAC and international opportunities, shaping product strategy with customer feedback and guiding

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology, software or IoT into mining, construction or both.
• Technical depth to run demos and handle hard questions.
• Strong pipeline from day one and ability to grow the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and close new business across coal and hard rock mining, tunnelling and construction.
• Work with industry partners to open doors.
• Run product demos and speak credibly with crews and executives.
• Cover a territory mainly Australia with APAC and international opportunities.
• Feed customer feedback into product strategy and roadmap.
• Adapt to varied environments from underground sites to boardrooms.
