Job summary
Pepper Money is seeking a Technical Lead - Digital on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will provide technical leadership across mobile apps and a web portal, guiding engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions while collaborating with product, architecture and delivery teams.
You’ll shape technical direction, uplift capability, and drive continuous improvement across Pepper's digital ecosystem, with hands-on leadership, strong Azure/API experience, and a commitment
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing mobile and web apps.
- Expertise in React Native, Expo, TypeScript, React, and modern JS.
- Experience with Azure API Management and cloud integration.
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
- Experience implementing authentication using OAuth/OpenID with MSAL/AAD.
- Strong CI/CD, DevSecOps, testing, monitoring, and operations.
- Experience leading distributed teams and working with product, security, and vendors.
