NCS Group Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide agile delivery teams in Brisbane. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will possess strong experience in software engineering, proficiency in .NET and Angular, and a passion for mentoring. The position offers a variety of benefits, including development opportunities and support for well-being.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide hands‑on leadership within agile delivery teams, ensuring solutions are designed, built, and delivered in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and engineering best practices.
This role is ideal for a senior engineer stepping into an emerging leadership capacity. You will remain actively hands‑on in development while also guiding the team on technical implementation, design decisions, and engineering quality.
As the primary technical authority within the Scrum team, you will collaborate closely with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and Product Owners to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
To be effective, your technical expertise should align strongly with the team’s technology stack — particularly .NET and Angular — enabling you to provide credible leadership and practical support across both design and build phases.
You are a strong engineer with natural leadership capability, comfortable balancing hands‑on delivery with technical guidance and mentoring. You bring credibility through your technical expertise and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
You thrive in agile environments and are passionate about building robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
