Job summary

Henkel is seeking a part-time Technical Hair Advisor to support consumers across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll apply professional hairdressing expertise to provide technical advice, product recommendations and solutions across Henkel and Schwarzkopf portfolios.

Work two days a week, blending independent work with team collaboration. You’ll deliver retailer training, webinars and learning content, support product launches, and help gather consumer insights to strengthen the Schwarzkopf brand.

Qualifications

• Qualified hairdresser with strong expertise in hair colour, care and styling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident educating consumers, retailers and non-technical audiences.

About this Position

Henkel is on the lookout for someone to join the team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) as a Technical Hair Advisor. In this role, you’ll use your professional hairdressing expertise to support consumers across Australia and New Zealand, providing technical advice, product recommendations and solutions across the Henkel and Schwarzkopf portfolio.

You’ll also partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver engaging technical education, including webinars, retailer training, masterclasses and product knowledge resources. With exposure to product launches, innovation, testing and influencer initiatives, you’ll play a key role in sharing consumer insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping deliver exceptional customer experiences while strengthening the Schwarzkopf brand.

What you´ll do

• Respond to consumer enquiries, complaints, feedback and technical questions.
• Provide expert hair care and colour advice, product recommendations and education.
• Manage consumer cases, documentation, reporting, follow-ups and resolutions.
• Develop and deliver retailer training, webinars, masterclasses and learning content.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on customer engagement and product launches.
• Analyse consumer feedback and trends, escalating product and quality concerns.
• Support product testing, innovation, influencer programs and technical projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required.
