This role, reporting to the Business Development Director, involves preparing technical estimations as part of bids for traffic controller signal (TCS) and intelligent transportation system (ITS) installation and upgrade projects of various sizes, and operations and maintenance contracts. There will be a combination of site and office work, with a primary focus on creating cost estimates for the Operations & Maintenance, as well as Major Projects departments for the Australia and New Zealand regions of the business.
The position required a detailed understanding of project specifications and a strong ability to deliver accurate cost estimates for both ongoing maintenance projects and large-scale projects. This role will represent Yunex Traffic as the technical subject matter expert in customer interactions as part of the Business Development team, working closely with the Business Development Managers and Business Development Director.
