Job summary

Datacom Sydney, NSW is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day technical and service delivery for outsourced solutions, acting as escalation point and guiding governance. Role requires minimum 2 days on customer site in your city.

You will bridge customers and technical teams, drive improvements, manage incidents, and collaborate with the CTO and vendors to align roadmaps and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12 years of broad IT experience across multiple domains.
• 2+ years managing senior-level customer relationships in IT MSPs.
• Demonstrated experience in leading people and teams.
• Proven customer-centric approach to service delivery.
• Experience in technical consulting/architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain AGSVA Baseline clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to ensure EUX service is restored after incidents.
• Document changes undertaken by the BAU team clearly.
• Attend CAB meetings to inform stakeholders of changes and impacts.
• Escalate BAU issues with the CTO and capture systemic issues for the roadmap.
• Collaborate with CTO to streamline operational processes and efficiency.
• Identify systems for upgrade and plan with the CTO.
• Plan and coordinate resources to deliver product implementations.
• Serve as integration point between customers, Datacom teams, and vendors.
• Lead high-priority incident and problem management processes.
• Governing service delivery via performance reporting and change review.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage commercial obligations.
