Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty in Melbourne seeks an EL1 Technical Delivery Manager with 3+ years’ experience delivering cyber security and assurance projects. The role requires knowledge of ASD Essential Eight and related controls to achieve Maturity Level One, and experience with Microsoft 365 or similar digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead cross-disciplinary technical programs from definition to delivery, manage scope, schedule and budget, and influence stakeholders to minimise change impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects.
• Experience implementing ASD Essential Eight and SIM controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT environment.
• Significant knowledge implementing Microsoft 365 or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary technical programs from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
• Deliver CyberSecurity mitigations and support to clear issues blocking delivery, including ASD Essential Eight.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget constraints while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise change impact during implementation.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and driving delivery.
