Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Technical Delivery Architect for Cortex Professional Services in Melbourne, Australia. This role defines the gold standard for deploying Cortex XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, and Cloud posture within regional teams, serving as the technical bridge between consultants and wider engineering groups.

You will own deployment methodologies, lead escalation, and partner with TAC, COE, and Product to drive continuous improvement and successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on deployment and optimization of SIEM/SOAR in large enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of log parsing, normalization, enrichment, and detection engineering.
• Ability to translate architecture visions into repeatable deployment methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern deployment blueprints across Cortex/Cortex Cloud with emphasis on XSIAM.
• Bridge pre-sales and post-sales delivery, translating roadmaps into actions.
• Lead escalation for complex challenges including API integrations and parsers.
• Collaborate with TAC/COE/Product to improve delivery standards and roadmaps.
• Provide technical enablement and mentoring to the delivery team.
