Job summary

Kennedy Reid is seeking an experienced Life & Health Claims professional to join a global organisation in Sydney. The Claims Specialist will assess and manage complex life and health claims, delivering timely and accurate outcomes while balancing client service and commercial considerations.

You will work with insurers, medical professionals and advisers, provide technical guidance on complex cases, maintain records and support continuous improvement across the claims function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within Life Insurance claims.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interpret policy wording and assess complex claims.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative approach in a team environment.
• Relevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
