Job summary

4impact is partnering with a leading organisation in the community services sector to modernise the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and uplift data quality and governance.

The Business Analyst - Systems Transformation will work across business requirements, technology design, integrations and data migration within a major transformation program, engaging with stakeholders and supporting solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Business Analyst within complex transformation programs.
• Experience working on enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs or technology modernisation initiatives.
• Exposure to integrations, system ecosystems, data flows and information management practices.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional and system requirements.
• Analysing existing applications, workflows and technology ecosystems.
• Mapping system dependencies, interfaces and integration requirements.

We're seeking a Business Analyst - Systems Transformation to support a major program focused on modernising the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, improving data quality and governance, and enabling future HR technology capabilities.

This role will suit a systems-focused Business Analyst who enjoys working across business requirements, technology design, integrations, data challenges and transformation delivery.

Program Context

Following its separation from a parent organisation, our client is establishing a more independent operating environment and investing heavily in its technology and transformation capability under a newly appointed CIO.

As part of this journey, the organisation is addressing several key challenges including:

• Legacy technology and fragmented application landscapes
• Inconsistent business processes and data capture practices
• Data quality and integrity issues across multiple platforms
• Complex integration requirements between disparate systems

The Role & About You

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional and system requirements

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Business Analyst within complex transformation programs
• Experience working on enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs or technology modernisation initiatives
• Exposure to integrations, system ecosystems, data flows and information management practices

Experience across HRIS, ERP, workforce management, payroll, finance or enterprise platforms will be highly regarded, as will exposure to data migration, integration projects and technology-enabled business transformation.

Client interviews are expected to commence from 11 September onwards.
