Job summary

Fujitsu Australia is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to work across source systems, the Databricks data platform and enterprise metadata capabilities. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst across data, integration or analytics projects.
• Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation.
• Working knowledge of Databricks, including Unity Catalog and medallion architecture.
• Experience analysing source systems and producing source-to-target mappings.
• Strong understanding of metadata management and data governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrable practical experience using AI tools to improve analysis and documentation.
• Current Baseline security clearance.

• Use AI tools such as Databricks Assistant, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools to accelerate data analysis, documentation, SQL development and mapping, while validating outputs for accuracy and security.
