Centorrino Technologies (CT) in Darwin, NT, is hiring a Technical Analyst for a 10-month fixed-term, on-site contract. You’ll provide specialist technical advice across enterprise systems and Atlassian platforms, help implement improvements, and support Linux/Windows environments.

The role requires proven Atlassian expertise, strong systems analysis, and ability to plan migrations, with ITIL-aligned change and incident processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise ICT environments across Linux/Windows.
• Proven Atlassian product expertise (Jira/Confluence; Bitbucket/Bamboo desirable).
• Migration planning and execution experience, especially Server-to-Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to capture requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical advice and support across enterprise systems and Atlassian platforms.
• Analyse requirements to identify opportunities for system/process improvements.
• Develop plans for complex changes with risk assessments and delivery controls.
• Configure and support Linux/Windows environments, infrastructure, databases, and networks.
• Lead or contribute to Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migration activities and testing.
• Troubleshoot Level 2/3 issues with stakeholders and vendors.
• Produce technical docs, procedures, articles and implementation guides.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Participate in planned after-hours support when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical advice and support across enterprise systems, applications, and Atlassian platforms including Jira and Confluence.
• Analyse business and technical requirements to identify opportunities for system, process, and service improvements.
• Develop implementation and migration plans for complex changes, ensuring risks are assessed and managed throughout delivery.
• Configure, administer, and support Linux and Windows environments, infrastructure, databases, and network‑connected systems.
• Lead or contribute to Atlassian Server‑to‑Cloud migration activities, including application assessments, plugin compatibility, security reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues while working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides.
• Monitor system performance, maintain service availability, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support change management, incident management, and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Participate in planned after‑hours support and maintenance activities where required.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience supporting enterprise ICT environments across Linux and Windows platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and ideally Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Proven experience delivering Atlassian Server‑to‑Cloud migrations, including migration planning, plugin assessments, integrations, security considerations, and post‑migration support.
• Strong systems analysis skills with experience gathering requirements, producing technical specifications, and implementing business solutions.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and database administration principles.
• Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and implement effective, evidence‑based solutions.
• Experience assessing technical risks and delivering change within controlled service environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and customer‑focused approach, committed to continuous improvement, professionalism, accountability, and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Required Background Checks

Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are required.
