Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a proactive Technical Analyst to join our Darwin team on a 10-month fixed-term, on-site engagement.

You will support complex ICT systems, enterprise infrastructure, and Atlassian platforms including Jira and Confluence, delivering Level 2/3 support and migrations. You will analyse requirements, design implementation plans, configure Linux and Windows environments, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise ICT environments across Linux and Windows.
Expertise in Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
Proven Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migration experience, including planning and post-migration support.
Strong systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical specifications.
Solid IT infrastructure, networking, security, and database administration knowledge.
Experience providing Level 2/3 technical support in complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist technical advice across enterprise systems and Atlassian platforms.
Analyse business and technical requirements to identify system, process, and service improvements.
Develop implementation and migration plans for complex changes with risk assessments.
Configure, administer, and support Linux and Windows environments, infrastructure, databases, and networked systems.
Lead or contribute to Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migration activities, including plugin assessments and security reviews.
Troubleshoot Level 2/3 issues with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides.
Monitor system performance, maintain service availability, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Support change management, incident management, and problem management per ITIL.
Participate in planned after-hours support and maintenance activities where required.
