Qualifications

• Proven talent acquisition experience across technology recruitment in in-house or agency environments.
• Clear communication, advice and influence with technology leaders and hiring teams.
• Use contemporary sourcing channels, talent communities and market insights to engage diverse tech talent.
• Apply commercial judgment and data to support practical hiring decisions.
• Deliver a positive, candidate-centred experience while managing priorities and timelines.
• Experience with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools to support hiring activity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology leaders to shape workforce plans that support current and future capability needs.
• Build trusted hiring partnerships that enable confident, inclusive and timely recruitment decisions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies that connect TAL with high-quality technology talent in competitive markets.
• Use market insights to influence hiring approaches, talent pipelines and candidate engagement strategies.
• Strengthen TAL’s employer branding by delivering a thoughtful and compelling experience for technology candidates.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes through data, insights and best-practice talent acquisition.
