Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Field Tech Operations. You will own and execute the Tech strategy for ANZ, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services and Solutions teams to scale migration, modernization and GenAI initiatives.

This hands-on role requires rolling up sleeves, delivering with bias for action, and establishing KPIs to measure health and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate migration/modernization & GenAI initiatives with data visibility to Tech.
• Define and adopt goals, programs, and tooling across Tech to meet growth.
• Track and report all key performance indicators and trend analyses.
• Collaborate with Sr operations managers to implement best practices.
• Ensure execution of global standards, processes and programs.
