Job summary

Amazon in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to move strategy into execution across enterprise customers. You will lead programs, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption with AWS teams and partners.

You will blend deep technical knowledge with business strategy, owning outcomes across complex environments and guiding executives through change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale programs with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation project teams.
• Working knowledge across compute, networking, security, data, and AI/ML.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer engagements with measurable impact across business outcomes.
• Shape AI and Cloud transformation strategies and influence adoption decisions.
• Own end-to-end execution of strategic customer initiatives, including change management.
• Translate complex requirements into transformative adoption strategies.
• Communicate across technical leads to business executives to drive alignment.
• Coach customers on AWS services and support adoption at the right time.
• Collaborate with AWS teams and partners to deliver outcomes.
