REST Industry Super invites applications for Procurement Manager - Technology & Digital on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead strategic sourcing across software, hardware, SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, partner with senior stakeholders and drive value through negotiations and disciplined contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce or a related field.
• Seven to ten years' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in financial services and with significant technology-category experience.
• Proven experience in business case development, RFP design, supplier selection, contract negotiation, execution and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management capability across senior internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks, including obligations associated with material service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and execution activities across technology categories, including software, hardware, SaaS, cloud and infrastructure.
• Build and execute category and sourcing plans with business owners, translating business requirements into effective procurement strategies and supplier outcomes.
• Deliver commercial value and supplier value-adds through competitive sourcing, negotiation and disciplined contract management.
• Analyse technology spend, identify optimisation and cost-reduction opportunities, and report benefits achieved through strategic sourcing activities.
• Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, technology suppliers and procurement colleagues to support informed and timely decisions.
