Job summary

The Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority (VCAA) is seeking a Technology Adviser to support the operation, maintenance and improvement of systems used to deliver assessment services from Melbourne.

You will manage Helpdesk systems including Salesforce CRM, Power BI and Asana, perform data imports, ensure data quality and produce reports, dashboards and insights for planning and decision-making during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Essential: experience in a helpdesk or technical support role in a high-volume environment.
• Desirable: experience supporting business systems, reporting tools and data processes with CRM, reporting and workflow tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Helpdesk systems and data quality.
• Produce reports, dashboards and insights to support planning and decision-making during peak assessment periods.
• Provide guidance and training on systems to colleagues and stakeholders.
