7-Eleven Cowes is opening in November 2026 and is seeking Casual Team Members with full availability across all shifts (6:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–6:00am) to join a brand‑new team.

You will deliver great customer service, maintain store standards, and create a safe, positive environment. Enjoy paid training, flexible hours in a 24/7 store, and opportunities for career progression across a national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is helpful, but training is provided.
• Positive, friendly attitude and good communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to be part of a great team?

We're looking for Casual Team Members to join our team at 7-Eleven Cowes opening in November.

We're seeking a brand new team with full availability across all shift types, including:

• Morning shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm (7 Days a week)

• Afternoon shifts: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (7 Days a week)

• Overnight shifts: 10:00pm - 6:00am (7 Days a week)

Being the face of your store, you will:

• Deliver great customer service and maintain store standards

• Create a safe and positive environment for customers and teammates

• Learn new skills and grow in a supportive team environment
