Job summary

FindStaff is seeking an experienced Team Member Engineering Services Works to join its Roads Construction team in Mildura. The role supports road maintenance and construction programs, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key duties include operating heavy vehicles and road plant, assisting with drainage, signage and infrastructure maintenance, performing pre-start checks, recording work activities, and collaborating within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• HR Truck Licence is essential.
• Front End Loader competency is required.
• Demonstrated experience in roads maintenance and road construction.
• Experience operating trucks, plant and heavy equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work outdoors and undertake physically demanding tasks.
• Current Police Check or ability to obtain one.

Our client is seeking an experienced Team Member Engineering Services Works to join its Roads Construction team. This role will primarily support road maintenance and construction activities, including tar truck operations, plant operation, and general civil works.

About the Role

Commencing in late October and reporting to the Roads and Projects Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of road maintenance and construction programs while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Assisting with road maintenance and construction projects

About You

To be successful, you will possess:
