Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a reliable Team Member for Reserves & Sportsfield duties, delivering maintenance across open spaces. The role is permanent and full-time, standard 38 hours per week, with field equipment operation a core requirement.

You’ll bring energy and a can-do attitude to a team focused on serving the community, with the opportunity for professional development and a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Certificate II/III in Horticulture (turf) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Experience in open space maintenance and horticultural tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sports field and reserves maintenance equipment.
• Deliver planned and reactive open space maintenance independently or in a team.
• Support parks and recreation functions and turf asset upkeep.

Title: Team Member, Reserves & Sportsfields,Permanent - Full-time Role, 38hours per week

Salary Range: $67773.08 to $78763.34 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
