Job summary

FindStaff is seeking a hands-on Parks & Gardens Team Member in Swan Hill for a casual opportunity. This role suits someone with farming, agricultural, landscaping or outdoor background who enjoys working outdoors and operating machinery.

Full training will be provided; you must have an MR licence and be able to work safely as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current MR Licence is required.
• White Card preferred.
• Background in farming/agriculture/landscaping or outdoor work is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parks, gardens and public open spaces.
• Operate tractors, ride-on mowers and other equipment.
• Assist with irrigation, drainage and general maintenance works.
• Support a variety of outdoor infrastructure projects.
• Work as part of a supportive and safety-focused team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
