Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member in Stirling Services. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare hot food and beverages, and maintain product displays while upholding brand standards. The role supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

We offer weekly pay, up to 1 week of discretionary bonus pay for Christmas, staff discounts, sick pay, enhanced family benefits and life assurance, plus development opportunities and funded qualifications.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
