Coles Group is hiring for a casual Checkout and Assisted Checkout role in NSW. You’ll scan items, process payments, and interact with customers in a fast-paced store environment. The position offers flexible hours and shifts across trading days, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude. You’ll be supported by a friendly team and have opportunities to learn and grow within Coles.

About the role

We’re hiring at Coles. Working in the Checkouts and Assisted Checkouts area, you’ll be responsible for scanning items, processing payments, and engaging with our customers.

About you and your skills

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• To know your stuff, as you’ll be a go‑to person for customer queries
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
