Grill’d Pty Ltd, home to Carousel restaurant, is hiring energetic Team Members to help deliver epic vibes, fresh flavours and smiles. You’ll flip patties, chat with guests and make our signature chips sparkle, as part of a team that works hard, has fun and makes a real community impact.

New epic hourly rates, above award, plus access to a nationally accredited traineeship with a Cert II/III in Hospitality. We cover RSA training so you’re job-ready, and you’ll enjoy staff discounts, free burgers

Qualifications

• No experience required and a positive attitude are preferred.
• The ability to connect with guests and colleagues is valued.
• You will learn on the job with support from managers and fellow team members.
• Flexibility to work across weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Flip burgers and prepare menu items as directed.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly service.
• Assist with seasoning and presentation of chips.
