Grill’d Pty Ltd is hiring energetic Team Members for our Broadway restaurant in NSW, Australia. You’ll flip patties, chat with guests and keep our chips sparkling with seasoning, contributing to a team that works hard, has fun and makes a real community impact.

We offer new epic hourly rates higher than award rates, a nationally accredited traineeship with potential Cert II/III in Hospitality, and RSA training to get you job-ready from 18.

Responsibilities

• Flip patties and prepare our menu items.
• Chat with guests and provide friendly service.
• Season our signature chips and keep dishes appealing.
• Be part of a fast-paced team that has fun and delivers impact.
• Support cafe operations with teamwork and cleanliness.
