Job summary

Return-It in Drouin is seeking friendly Team Members for a part-time role at our depot. You’ll greet customers, assist with container returns, and help keep the site tidy and efficient. This casual position offers 15–20 hours per week and a chance to contribute to recycling efforts in the community.

No prior recycling experience is required; reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to team up with others are key.

We are looking for Part Time Team Members to join our Return-It Depot in Drouin.

About the role

As a Team Member, you will be the friendly face of Return-It, helping customers recycle their containers and making sure each visit is simple, smooth and positive.

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Keeping the site clean, safe and ready for customers.

About you

You do not need to have worked in recycling before. What matters most is that you are reliable, hands‑on and enjoy helping people.

• A positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Reliability and commitment to your agreed roster.
• The ability to work safely and follow procedures.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work as part of a team.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse, waste, recycling or labouring environments may be helpful, but is not essential.
