Job summary

Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) in Melbourne is seeking a Team Manager for Support Services to lead and develop a high-performing team delivering critical operations for the Dispute Resolution team. You will manage workflows, allocate tasks, and drive service improvements to sustain quality and client outcomes.

You will foster collaboration, coach for growth, and shape a delivery-focused culture in a dynamic, flexible environment with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to monitor performance of a service-delivery or admin ops team to meet KPIs.

In this role you will lead and develop a team of Support Officers to deliver high quality, critical operational support to the Dispute Resolution team. This includes ensuring administrative workflows are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. You will also be responsible for task allocation, workload management, service improvement, and fostering a high-performance, delivery-centred team culture.Equipped with your strong leadership capability including working collaboratively, you will build a climate of collaboration and teamwork across organisational boundaries, setting service excellence standards and proactively shape continuous improvements that enhance the client, other parties and people experience.
