As we continue an exciting chapter of growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Dispute Resolution leadership team as Practice Manager, Conciliation (Operations & Performance). In this senior role, you will create the conditions for high performance, accountability and operational excellence, leading the delivery of efficient, sustainable and high-quality dispute resolution services that achieve strong outcomes for injured workers and stakeholders. We are currently recruiting for two complementary Practice Manager positions within Dispute Resolution and are seeking leaders who can work in close partnership to co-lead the Division through a period of growth, transformation and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with the Practice Manager (Quality & Stakeholder Engagement), you will ensure consistent leadership practices, performance expectations and accountabilities across the Division while fostering an engaged, high-performing and values-led workforce. You will lead operational performance, workforce planning, service optimisation and resource management across the Conciliation function, using data-driven insights to manage demand, build workforce capability and deliver service excellence.
