Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Team Manager at the Parkinson Cold Distribution Centre in Brisbane to lead a 25-30 person team, coaching them to deliver operational output with safety and compliance at the forefront.

You will work a rotating roster (Tuesday–Saturday, 4:40 AM – 1:15 PM) and plan workloads to maximise efficiency, meet deadlines, and stay within budget. The role covers receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining safety standards.

Team Manager - Parkinson Cold Distribution Centre

About the role

Are you an experienced leader looking for your next challenge? Our Coles Distribution Centres play an important role moving quality products through our supply chain, to provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’re accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.

This position will require you to work a set roster (Tuesday - Saturday 4.40AM - 13.15PM)

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster as the DC operates 7 days a week for our customers
• To energise, empower and support your team in meeting and exceeding set targets
• To plan and allocate workload to maximise efficiency and delivery to deadline
• To meet commercial budget and cost management principles
