The Coles Group in Morayfield, Queensland, is seeking a Night-Fill Leader to guide our night team, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and presentation meets Coles standards. You will report to the Dry Goods Manager and help keep store operations running smoothly overnight.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the night-fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

• To be flexible with evening working hours
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct/indirect leadership experience
• Be well organised with excellent time management skills
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
