Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Services Team Leader to lead by example, keep stores clean and welcoming, and coach the team to uphold high standards for a great customer experience.

The role involves hands-on tasks, safety focus, and the ability to provide leadership across multiple stores within the region, including coaching and on-floor support.

About the Role

Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. As a Coles Services Team Leader, you'lllead by example while working alongside your team to keep our stores clean, safe and welcoming. From collecting trolleys and completing cleaning tasks to coaching your team and maintaining high standards, you'll play an active role in delivering a great shopping experience every day.

While this role is based in a primary store, it may also operate as a multi-site leadership position, providing hands‑on leadership support, coaching and operational oversight across multiple stores within the region.

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example
