Job summary

Toll Group in Randwick NSW is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead frontline warehouse teams within our Defence logistics network, driving safe, compliant and efficient operations every day.

You will manage daily priorities, coach staff, lead KPI delivery and stakeholder engagement with Defence partners, and ensure high standards of safety and operational performance. A clear path for leadership development awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience managing KPIs and service levels.
• Inventory and supply chain knowledge.
• WMS experience.
• Forklift Licence preferred.
• Eligibility for Defence Security Clearance.
• Ability to pass medical and background checks.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, leading frontline teams and ensuring Defence contractual obligations are delivered safely, efficiently and compliantly.
