Job summary

Australian Electoral Commission is seeking capable leaders to guide teams across divisional election planning, delivery and evaluation. You will join a national network of Team Leaders responsible for delivering federal elections and referendums with integrity, transparency and professionalism.

You will work closely with the State Office, National Office and colleagues across other states and territories, building strong connections with colleagues and supportive networks to deliver an impartial

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering large-scale projects or events within tight timeframes.
• Experience developing and supporting team members to build capability and improve performance.
• Experience delivering education, engagement or public awareness initiatives for diverse communities, including First Nations peoples.

• Experience in developing and supporting team members to build capability, improve performance and achieve high-quality business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering education, engagement or public awareness initiatives that support diverse communities, including First Nations peoples, in line with organisational priorities and strategies.
