Job summary

Resource Recovery Australia in Taree is seeking a hands-on Motivational Team Leader to inspire and develop a high‑performing team. You'll lead day-to-day operations with a safety‑first mindset, building a positive culture and delivering practical solutions in waste management.

This role will be paid under the Waste Management Award, where you can enjoy overtime and penalty rates on the weekends.
