Qualifications

• Proven agency recruitment experience and desire to be rewarded for effort.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Government is desirable.
• Passion for recruitment with drive to hit and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow candidate and client portfolios.
• Drive business development with pace and purpose.
• Attend and lead candidate and client meetings.
• Interview, assess, and shortlist candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage end-to-end process.
• Finalise placements and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior consultants as you grow.
